How is Solaqua financed?
The Solaqua Foundation finances its projects essentially through donations from individuals and institutions who share its commitment to bringing safe drinking water to underprivileged people. Currently, no further donations are requested.
The Solaqua Foundation is recognised as a charitable organisation. All activities aimed at achieving economic gain are excluded. Solaqua is audited by an external firm of auditors and is subject to the foundation supervisory authority of the Swiss Federal Department of Home Affairs.
